Water Transfer Equipment

After thousands of miles on the road and countless nights in hotels we are coming to the end of our indoor show season.  During that time we had the opportunity to meet with many of you and listen to your ideas for new products and feedback on how to improve our current line up.  Before we end the season, one of our last shows will be the MRWA Water and Waste Water Technical Conference at the Rivers Edge Convention Center.

So, you might be asking yourself what a conference for water and waste water has to do with pumping manure?  Most people think of Hydro Engineering as the pioneers of the Manure Injection industry but what a lot of people don't know is that we also work with water transfer for municipalities.  We provide cities large and small all across the country with custom designed hose reels, winch systems, hydraulic packages, and pumps. 

Above, you will see our Hydro PTO Drive Hydraulic Pack with a 9' boom, hose reel and hand winch.  This unit allows our customers to raise/lower and run our HP series pit pumps.  This PTO Pack is available with or without the boom, and hose reel, and is available in hydraulic capacities ranging from 11.6 GPM to 40 GPM.

So now that 2012 is behind us, what will 2013 bring?  It's an exciting time to be at Hydro! We have a lot of projects we are looking forward to this year and some new products we feel you will be excited about as well.  So follow us closely for the latest updates.

In this blogs equipment spotlight we have a custom made hose cart.  It includes two hydraulic driven reels, a Honda GX690 engine, LED lights, fenders and mud flaps all make this rig DOT ready. This customer even chose to have it painted red and white to match the rest of their equipment.
